This was the personal mount of LtCol. David F. (Snapper) McAllister. Commander of the 142nd T.F.S. DEL ANG.
Damaged by a tornado it was repaired, repainted and is now at the gate entrance to the Del Air Guard.
It was rededicated in Sept of 2007.Col McAllister was killed in a T-33 crash at Scott AFB in June 1961.
