Me and Paul Shorts (rt), pilot of Willie the Wolf. We flew all our missions
together. This was taken at the Air Force Academy where a plaque was
dedicated to the 344th Bomb Group. It was the 344th that led the 9th Air
Force into Battle on D-Day.
